Part 1 - Instructions

The following items are required to apply for an address in Sadsbury Township. All Applications must complete address request application and include site plan. The sketch site or plot plans must include the following information:
Adjacent Roads
Property Lines
All existing buildings, and other existing improvements, including but not limited to driveways, garages, porches and any proposed improvements of parcel requesting an additional address.

Office Procedure

1.	Need a completed Address Request Application.
2.	Review the current numbering, determine proposed number, send proposed new address to Lancaster County-wide Communications (911) for approval along with GIS map.
3.	Add Address to Parcel File in File Room and in Laserfiche.
4.	Issue letter to Postmaster with property owner cc.
5.	Prepare Address Request for scanning and filing.  Documents should be in this order for scanning and filing: Letter to Postmaster; Completed Address Request Application; followed by Address Request completed by the TWP Office
