The following items are required to apply for an address in Sadsbury Township. All Applications must complete address request application and include site plan. The sketch site or plot plans must include the following information:
Adjacent Roads
Property Lines
All existing buildings, and other existing improvements, including but not limited to driveways, garages, porches and any proposed improvements of parcel requesting an additional address.

This form is to be used for concerns regarding Code and other Township Ordinance violations. Written concerns assist the Township in the follow-up and resolution of these types of issues. Due to enforcement issues, anonymous concerns cannot be addressed. Please be aware that if enforcement action results in Court or hearing examiner proceedings, it may not be possible to keep your name confidential. Depending upon the nature of the violation, you may be requested to testify at an enforcement proceeding.
