Stormwater Management Plan Submission Guide
Initial Plan Submission All plans shall be submitted to the Sadsbury Township office during normal business hours. All plan submissions shall include the following: • Transmittal letter identifying all items submitted. Partial submissions will not be accepted. • One (1) set of full 24” x 36” paper prints • One (1) copy of all reports • PDF copy of submissions to other agencies (see additional items below) • Completed application form with all required signatures • Written requests for all required waivers/modifications • Filing fees based on the current township fee schedule, payable to Sadsbury Township • Plan review escrow fee (check payable to Sadsbury Township) • One (1) electronic pdf copy to Sadsbury Township Engineer at robv@ravassociates.com Additional Items The applicant is responsible for submitting directly to all other necessary agencies, including, but not limited to, Lancaster County Planning Commission, PADOT, DEP, and Lancaster County Conservation District. A copy of all submissions to other agencies must be provided to both the Township and the Township Engineer. Plan Resubmissions • Transmittal letter identifying all items submitted • A letter from the applicant’s engineer that describes how each comment has been addressed • One (1) set of full-size paper prints • An electronic pdf copy to Township and the Township Engineer • Written requests for all additional waivers/modifications Additional Submission Items These items may be submitted at any time (with the 1st submittal or with later resubmissions). • Engineer’s Cost Opinion for public improvements • Stormwater Operations and Maintenance Agreement (prepared by Township Solicitor upon request by applicant) • Approvals from outside agencies such as PADOT, DEP, and Lancaster County Conservation District and others • One (1) electronic pdf copy to Sadsbury Township Engineer at robv@ravassociates.com Additional Submissions Required Prior To Recording The Plan • Provide financial security to the Township for the required/public improvements • Provide two (2) complete sets of plans for recording that meet the standards of the Recorder of Deeds with completed certificates • Provide an electronic pdf copy of the plan and final stormwater management calculations
