Location and use of all proposed structures (additions and modifications of existing structures) with dimensions to property lines

Existing and proposed on-lot sewage disposal systems
Wells and 100 feet isolation distances
Public utilities, easements and rights-of-ways (ROWs)
Natural resources, including waterways, wetlands, ponds etc.
100-year floodplain boundary and elevation
Adjacent roads and sidewalks if any
